COURSE DESCRIPTION: Both conscious and subconscious patterns of emotional trauma can be felt in the body's tissues as structural associations. Stuck or unprocessed emotional and thought patterns contribute to both acute and chronic somatic and visceral dysfunctions. Classically, osteopaths are taught to perceive the various strain patterns in bone, fluid, and membrane. This course will expand on those dimensions by helping you perceive the emotional layers directly and integrate them into the osteopathic treatment. When appropriate, the stuck emotional and thought patterns can also be brought to the surface with “patient collaboration,” providing a fulcrum of sorts to aid in the release of the somatic, visceral, emotional, and thought disturbances. By addressing these additional layers in our work, we can both speed up the treatment process as well as help patients access a greater depth of healing. We are supporting Dr. Kisiel in the development of a Free Osteopathic Children’s Clinic in La Urena Dominican Republic in conjunction with the Dominica School and Orphanage where groups will be taken to work and train in Pediatric Osteopathy. For more information click here.We have developed a Free Osteopathic Children’s clinic in conjunction with the Dominica School and Orphanage in La Urena Dominican Republic. Trips to the clinic consist of three days of didactic teaching at a beautiful all-inclusive Caribbean resort followed by two days of an osteopathic general medical and OMT children’s clinic in La Urena at the orphanage. These trips will be done in small groups of up 12 Osteopaths to allow us all to work closely with individualized attention both in the didactic potions and while treating children at the clinic. Our three day didactic portion is held at the beautiful all-inclusive Caribbean resort BeLive Canoa in Bayahibe. A place for peaceful relaxation and rejuvenation on the Caribbean Sea. Topics covered vary depending on the interest of the group and will include a deeper understanding of the Meeting Place, Service, Humility and the Presence & Flow of Unconditional Love. Osteopathic hands and ergonomics, the interface between using our hands to sense the Health and to promote longevity in the practitioner.
There is a key link between the midline and ignition. We are only as functional as our relationship to midline, yet the ignition needs to be functioning so the midline is feeding and being fed. The midline is a central function rather than an anatomical structure. Understanding how segmentation and function of neuro, visceral, muscular and vascular elements in relation to midline are going to be addressed.
Osteopathic treatment for children SOCK Clinic Part of the Osteopathic treatment for children program is the Sock clinic. It is a wonderful meeting place where children and their parents are treated by dedicated fully licensed osteopaths who are following the training program. It gives the opportunity to students to treat children under supervision of the teacher and forms an ideal setting to exchange knowledge and expertise in the osteopathic treatment of children. To treat a child is all about love and respect for a child. It’s not about forcing our will on what we think is right for them. By using very soft techniques tension can be resolved and balance will be restored in the child. For the treatment of children and their family there’s no fee obligation. A contribution as a gift is always welcome to garantee the continuity. Students of the Sock program can make an appointment for a patient by sending a mail to info@traditionalosteopathycourses.com For more information please visit https://traditionalosteopathycourses.com/eato-bnl/sock-clinic/

Course description for the BPSCO 1-3 Courses: To keep and continue the Osteopathic Tradition in the Spirit of Dr. A.T. Still and his close following of students, some years ago the idea was born to establish a Pediatric School in Landsberg am Lech, which is a small town close to Munich, Bavaria. In 2018, the BPSCO moved to the small, idyllic community of Walkertshofen, in the middle of Augsburg's so called “Western Woods”. In addition to the introduction into Biodynamic Pediatrics (BPSCO 1-3) and further courses of Biodynamic Pediatric Courses (BPSCO 4-11), we offer the Phase Courses by Dr. Jealous, taught by listed faculty members. The Courses BPSCO 1-3 are the introduction into Traditional Osteopathic Pediatrics. It is perfect for participants with no experience to guide the way into basic knowledge of the Treatment of Traditional Osteopathy (Pediatrics). Participants, who have already completed at least 3 Phase Courses licensed by Dr. Jealous, start their Pediatric journey with us with Course BPSCO 3. The existing knowledge will now be expanded and deepened. That way, we can guarantee a smooth transition to the following Courses ´BPSCO 4-11` the best possible way. The courses BPSCO 1-3 are set up for 4 days. The […]

Perceptual Journey in Osteopathy, Wholeness, Flow and Form
To keep and continue the Osteopathic Tradition in the Spirit of Dr. A.T. Still and his close following of students, some years ago the idea was born to establish a Pediatric School in Landsberg am Lech, which is a small town close to Munich, Bavaria. On one side there is this great demand for Osteopathic treatments of kids and their families and on the other side is Dr. Jealous` Biodynamic model the most beautiful approach, continuation and development in the context of the Old Osteopathic Doc`s Philosophy and Science. Being our Mentor, we had to ask him for help and support. As the Academic and Operating Director he determines and characterizes the program with his unique Osteopathic concept. The students of the Bavarian Biodynamic Pediatric School & Clinic are trained to step in or deepen Dr. Jealous` Biodynamic model including a children‘s clinic – where fifty young patients a day are waiting to be treated under the guidance of well experienced teachers that Dr. Jealous is selecting. The whole program is a continuation course of three years, with three courses a year containing a three days lecture and a one day children`s clinic. Course description for the BPSCO 1-3 Courses: […]

Course Descriptions Phase I - An introduction to a biodynamic model of O.C.F. motion present, BMT and balanced fluid tension. Phase II - An in-depth perception of fluid dynamics at 2-3CPM. Rates. CV4-EV4 techniques. Automatic shifting Phase III - Dural development up to full adult. Intramembranous shearing. Work with the long tide. The anterior dural girdle and its clinical significance. Tempo and humility. Phase IV - The midline as a therapeutic force. The reciprocal tension of the potency. The ignition. Phase V - The embryological development of the face. Evaluation and treatment of the face and cranium through embryological fluid segments. Phase VI - Treatment of the extremities using Sutherland’s power points. (Dr. Ruby Day’s explanation of W.G. Sutherland’s use of potency inside bones.) Phase VII - Finding the Health. Feeling the physical presence and substance of the perfect form. Phase VIII - The Void, Love and Healing, Wholeness as a living reality. Phase IX - This course embraces precision and decision making in severe CNS trauma. It also explores using principles rather than a specific method. This course requires that individuals have completed Phases I-VIII and have been in practice for a minimum of 10 years.
This course will elucidate specific neurological concepts and anatomical relationships while exploring an osteopathic correlate and its relation to such biodynamic phenomena as the tide and rates.
