Phase I-IV Review in Egypt with the emphasis on desert stillness
(one course in German and one course in English)

Dear course participants,

In May this year I went with my assistant Benjamin to Egypt to organize the special course “Desert stillness”. We were successful and will now offer two courses, one for German speaking participants from March 11 to March 18, 2025 and one international course, which be held in English, from March 18 to March 25, 2025.

This course will be a Review course Phase I-IV with the emphasis on fourth level of stillness, which is also called “Desert stillness”. We will do several excursions into the desert to experience the special stillness there and use it for osteopathic treatment.

Costs:

• The course will be seven days and costs 1190,- Euro.
• The excursions will be about 300,- Euro (please pay cash in Euro or US-Dollar at the location).
• We have a special deal with the Hotel: 2 person per room including breakfast and dinner for 65,- US-Dollar per night and person; single room including breakfast and dinner will be 100,- US-Dollar per night.
• The Visa you can get for about 30,- Euro in Cairo.
• Transport to and from the Hotel to the airport can be organized for a reasonable price.

We will have a big conference room for 32 course participants.

The Hotel offered us that all the rooms will be in the same area. There we have a big lawn, which we can use for meditations.

If you would like to stay longer after the course, you are welcome to do this.

Course schedule:
18.3.: get-together and instructions from 7:30 pm till 9:00 pm
19.3.: course 9:00 am till 1:00 pm (afternoon free time)
20.3.: sunrise in the desert and riding on camel/horses from about 5:00 am till 10:00 am; course 2:00 pm till 6:00 pm
21.3.: visiting the Pyramids/Sphinx from about 8:00 am till 11:30 am; course 2:00 pm till 6:00 pm
22.3.: course 9:00 am till 1:00 pm; sunset in the desert and driving with quads through the desert from about 3:30 pm till 9:00 pm
23.3.: morning meditation from 9:00 am till 10:00 am; Museum Cairo from 10:30 am till 12:30 pm; course 2:00 pm till 6:00 pm
24.3.: course 9:00 am till 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm Boat tour on the Nile and afterwards dinner in a traditional Egypt restaurant
25.3.: course 9:00 am till 1:00 pm (farewell and if people want to extend their stay, they can do this on their own)

A few important information of things you should bring to the course:
– a small cushion for the treatment table
– a yoga math
– a blow-up meditation cushion (Tom suggests: https://www.taichi-shop.info/Aufblasbares-Meditationskissen-Samten-sun)
– a thin blanket to cover you
– maybe a special knee roll /cushion

We gathered a lot of experiences in our different nature courses (Toscana, Bahama, Hawaii). For this reason we take a non-refundable pre-payment of 200,- Euro per course participant. Once we received this money, we will give you a special contact to book your room. The flights you have to book independently. Please notice that we have our first Get-together on March 18 at 7:30 pm, when you book your flight.
