About Lisa Preston D.O.

Lisa Preston, DO graduated NYCOM 2003 where she went on to complete a combined residency in emergency medicine/internal medicine. Upon graduation in 2009 she returned to her osteopathic roots and worked PT in private practice doing traditional osteopathy. In 2011 she started her private practice in Manhattan, which continues today. She went on to study Internal Family Systems (IFS) a psychotherapeutic approach so that she could understand how emotions manifest in the body more fully. She also studied Nutritious Movement with Katy Bowman to understand how habitual movements shape the body.
