As a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, I offer integrative medicine consultations to individuals of all ages.

I have extensive training and experience with Biodynamic Osteopathy as taught by Dr. Jim Jealous. I work closely with patients who would like to explore this unique and profound approach to health and healing. Also, when appropriate, I integrate advanced training in nutrition, mindful practice and movement into our work together.

For many years, I offered primary and inpatient care, but shifted my practice so I could spend much more time with each patient as they cultivate well-being and health.

In addition, as a Certified Healthcare Coach, I offer virtual coaching sessions for physicians, other healthcare professionals, and all people who would like to explore ways to navigate their lives in alignment with their values and aspirations. We connect in a nourishing space to cultivate insight and illuminate meaningful paths forward.
