About Evan Rubin D.O.

Dr. Rubin received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and comparative religions at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. He then studied Psychology at Queens College in Queens, NY. Dr. Rubin received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to train in an internship at St. Claire’s Hospital in Manhattan, NY, and a residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. He is board certified in both Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.

Dr. Rubin was introduced to Dr. Jealous as a first-year medical student and continued studying with and learning from him until his passing. Between courses, Dr. Rubin enjoyed a long and fruitful correspondence with Dr. Jealous, inspiring ideas and directions of treatment and study that continue through the present.

Dr. Rubin had the honor of directing the Biobasics program in New Hampshire for 7 years and continues to be participating faculty. He is a member of the Berkshire Osteopathic Study Group, and Associate faculty and attending for rotating students at several Osteopathic Medical Schools. Dr. Rubin is a house-call physician and medical director of Visiting Physician Services and has been in private Osteopathic practice in New York and New Jersey for 23 years. And counting…
