Will review the perceptual transitions between 1st, 2nd and 3rd level stillness and the landscapes in between including the breathing of Primary Respiration at 2-3 cycles per minute and the Long Tide.  Core topics to include Motion Present, Neutral, Fluid Body diagnostics, Automatic Shifting, Central Stillness, Dual Sacs, The Bird and Dynamic Stillness with introduction to working with midline dynamics.  Specific course content will questions and areas of interest of the group.
