Dr. Thea Bordenave-Sande is a board certified specialist in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. She is a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and received her postgraduate training at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY specializing in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and The Osteopathic Cranial Academy.

Dr. Bordenave-Sande has extensive experience treating infants, children and adults. During her hospital training she treated newborn babies in the hospital nursery, inpatient pediatric patients, inpatient post-partum women, pre- and post-surgical patients, as well as a range of medical patients. She has treated many injuries that are traumatic in nature ranging from physical assault of various origin and motor vehicle accidents. In her outpatient clinic training, she has treated a wide range of ailments including but not limited to: chronic neck and back pain, vertigo, migraines, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, temporomandibular joint(TMJ) disease, acute and chronic sinusitis, acute respiratory infections, bronchitis, pneumonia, torticollis, and a wide range of sports injuries.
